Product Description
This 1 1/2 gallon Sky Cafe Hopper is specially designed to fit the Sky Cafe Bird Feeders. It has no need for seed ports. As of 2015, we have updated our hopper material to a much more resilient & durable polycarbonate. This new material has high impact-resistance and is now much stronger and resistant from cracks as breakage. Available on Sky Cafe Bird Feeders (AR360/AR362) only.
If your SkyCafe Bird Feeder doesn't have ports, and feeds birds through a tray at the base of the bird feeder, then this is the correct replacment part for your SkyCafe Bird Feeder (AR360/AR362). (If your bird feeder has 4 ports & perches, then your bird feeder is a Mandarin bird feeder (AR150/AR152), not the Sky Cafe. Please go HERE for your correct part.)

Excellent Feeder

Excellent bird feeder! Just replaced the base after 15 years. Love that it can hold so much seed and squirrels can not get to it! New base is made of improved plastic. Thank you

V- shaped wire inside the hopper

The wire needs to be thicker and stronger so it does not bend and come out of the hopper in windy weather or when moving it around because... 10 lbs. of seed is heavy. I have had to replace the hopper and tray twice now because it fell apart due to the thin wire and hit the ground. Can you send me a... free? stronger wire if you have it now? Thanks!!!, as I love this feeder... I have fed birds for 22 yrs now, feeder is 11' off the ground from a 50' wire between the house and a tree, safe from bears, it's the Cardinal's favorite, and this is just the best feeder ever!! Thank you so much :)

I have enjoyed the Sky Cafe for more than 15 years! I would not feel like my view from my back deck was complete without watching the birds feeding from it & the squirrels trying to attempt to land on it. From time to time, I break a part of it by dropping it, So I am grateful to be able to buy parts to keep it functional.

I got this feeder from my parents and have had it for several years. Recently, the hopper cracked and I was thrilled to be able to purchase just this part. It came promptly and was easy to assemble!

Best bird feeder

Looked for replacements for some time. Resorted to gluing the broken pieces; this lasted a year until an ice storm finished it off. Finally wrote to Duncraft and gave me the Arundale Products link and thankfully found you.

I was so excited after an especially dreary winter that spring was here! I washed, dried, and filled my SkyCafe bird feeder, but when I tried to hang it, one of the holes in the hopper gave away and the entire feeder fell to the ground and broke open. I was crushed--it's the BEST feeder ever to fill and to keep clean (and to keep out the squirrels). It was a gift, and I was afraid I would have to look for a new bird feeder. The only clue I had about the where the feeder came from was the word "Mandarin" on the feeder tray. I did an internet search, found your company, and am SO HAPPY that I can purchase replacement parts for this feeder. Thank you for selling parts; we need more companies that recognize how we should use and fix what we have instead of throwing out an entire product and buying new. I will recommend your products to everyone.
About the product: the hopper holds a 5 pound bag of seed, and the squirrels have given up trying to rob it! This is by far the best bird feeder I've ever used. Yes, it might be a bit more expensive than other feeders you find in department stores, but the quality and design make it well worth the money. -

I have had a Sky Café feeder on a pulley system hanging from a tree. It has survived about 10 plus years through NH winters and howling wind. It is a super product and extremely durable. The cardinals love coming to the tray at the bottom, as do other ground feeding birds. I actually have two of these cafes and both are on a pulley system so they are safe from bears. Yes, they are expensive but if hung properly well worth the money. They hold enough seed to go for weeks before refilling.
