Product Description
This is the bottom tray for the Sky Cafe Bird Feeder (AR360/AR362). It holds seed and provides a perching area for desirable song birds. As of 2015, we have updated our tray material to a much more resilient & durable polycarbonate. This new material has high impact-resistance and is now much stronger and resistant to cracks and breakage. Available on Sky Cafe Bird Feeders (AR360/AR362) only.
If your bird feeder delivers seed through the tray at the bottom then you have a Sky Cafe Bird Feeder and this is the correct replacement part.
(If your bird feeder has 4 ports & 4 perches, then your bird feeder is the Mandarin bird feeder. Please go HERE to view Mandarin replacement parts.)

Perfect replacement

In the midst of the Texas freezing rain and snow, I dropped the base, I ordered a new base, it arrived as promply as was possible. Love it.

The original tray cracked and a piece fell off! I was so pleased to learn I could purchase a replacement part and not have to buy a whole new feeder! It arrived very quickly and I was able to install it easily.

I had to replace the tray on. my old Feeder. The Cafe is the best feeder I've had in 50 years. Just ordered another one to replace my other feeder.

Our feeder had an episode involving gravity and a hard surface. Needed a new hopper and new tray. Thankfully replacement parts are available and fit perfectly

This is a great feeder. It holds a lot of seed and protects the seed from weather and squirrels. It allows cardinals to comfortably get at the seed.

I have & have had several Sky Cafe feeders & laughed as squirrels did slide off! I'm replacing parts destroyed by a bear (who can take down almost any feeder) in time for them to go into hibernation this winter. Love this product!

Sky Cafe replacement parts

I have had my "Cafe feeder" for several years. It is a hard poly plastic squirrels cannot hold on to it as they come down the chain. It works well!. However, dropped in the deep winter cold of Wisconsin broke it. Superglue repairs lasteed for a couple years but then another drop from a greater height broke the tray and locking tabs on the main seed reservoir. The new parts are great and came in just a few days...back in business. I will be more careful in lifting the feeder to the branch in the future...great product.
