This is the bottom tray for the Sky Cafe Bird Feeder (AR360/AR362). It holds seed and provides a perching area for desirable song birds. As of 2015, we have updated our tray material to a much more resilient & durable polycarbonate. This new material has high impact-resistance and is now much stronger and resistant to cracks and breakage. Available on Sky Cafe Bird Feeders (AR360/AR362) only. Free shipping on this item!
If your bird feeder delivers seed through the tray at the bottom then you have a Sky Cafe Bird Feeder and this is the correct replacement part.

Sky Cafe replacement parts

I have had my "Cafe feeder" for several years. It is a hard poly plastic squirrels cannot hold on to it as they come down the chain. It works well!. However, dropped in the deep winter cold of Wisconsin broke it. Superglue repairs lasteed for a couple years but then another drop from a greater height broke the tray and locking tabs on the main seed reservoir. The new parts are great and came in just a few days...back in business. I will be more careful in lifting the feeder to the branch in the future...great product.

Looks like a new feeder

I had to replace the base on my feeder after the wind blew the feeder which was at least 5 years old down and smashed the base. The new base fit the old feeder perfectly. I think it was a great deal and my old feeder is as good as new. Thanks so much for the perfect fit.

A squirrel penetrated our many defenses, took a mighty leap, and brought the Sky Cafe crashing down, seriously cracking the tray (about 5 years old). No other damage. The new one looks much less brittle (hopefully it will be another five years before it gets tested) and assembled easily. Quick shipping and a reasonable price for a replacement part.

Feeder keeps seeds dry and feeds several birds at once. Squirrels can't access seeds as they slide right off top. Tray was easy to replace.

There are times when you just need some parts rather than replace the entire feeder. This was a perfect way to repair my feeder to keep the birds happy....and the squirrels unhappy.

Thanks to SS for eliminating waste in all regards by providing replacement parts for the Sky Cafe. We thought we would have to buy an entire feeder for the third time, after it was dropped recently while filling it with food. We ordered the tray and hopper and it is stronger than ever. Thanks SS!

I had a Sky Cafe feeder for many years at our former home. After 10 years of hanging from the same tree branch, it had lasted about 10 times longer than any other feeder that I had ever owned. When we moved, I left it for the new owner, as I didn't have a backyard tree that would accommodate it. Recently, I stumbled upon what appeared to be a brand new Sky Cafe (complete with the pigeon guard) at a local thrift store. I was thrilled! But, as I was checking out, I noticed that two of the four tabs holding the tray were broken. Although they seemed snug, I was concerned that a couple of pounds of birdseed could cause the tray to separate and fall to the ground. So, the manager slashed the price in half for me. As soon as I got home, I started searching the internet for replacement parts and I was overjoyed to find the tray here! It arrived two days after I ordered it. It's now hanging from a sugar maple tree in the front yard, and I couldn't be happier. I will keep this website information for future orders!

Perfect Fit

I live in the woods and have tons of wildlife. A raccoon pulled down my Sky Café, which I've had for over 15 years, and the tray shattered. I was looking online for a new one when I found the replacement tray, and it fit perfectly. Since the feeder itself was still in great shape, I was happy to find a tray and not have to spend the money for an entire feeder.
