This is the first birdfeeder guard that really keeps the squirrels and raccoons out. I had to replace my first one after three years because of a storm so I was really happy there is this replacement.

We didn't have trees close enough to our new house so we converted to pole mounting the sky cafe adding the wrap around skirt and it definitely keeps the squirrels out of the feeder.

When I put out my Sky Cafe, within 3 days, I had 4 squirrels on it. I put the skirt on and all I had was one frustrated squirrel looking up at the food.

My husband loved his Christmas present and enjoys watching for new birds every morning. It's an attractive and efficient item inn out yard, too.
